We are looking forward to opening again very soon!
We will look a little different though. When we reopen and have introduced a range of measures in order to follow the government’s advice. These are to protect both our staff and our valued customers. Hand sanitizer, desk screens, plastic gloves, face masks will be used and social distancing guidelines will be observed. However, our staff will still be there to warmly welcome you.
- Customer numbers allowed into the shop will need to be greatly reduced, thus we will be seeing people by APPOINTMENT ONLY to begin with. Please email us at [email protected] in order to arrange a convenient time and day.
- You will be met at the door by a member of staff. We respectfully and politely ask that you help us by following the guidance of our staff and observing the 2m rule. You will be asked to sanitise your hands before entering the shop. You will then be shown to a designated desk to limit movement within the shop.
- Our staff will be regularly cleaning all surfaces and washing their hands between customers. Any item handled will be thoroughly cleaned and sterilised before being returned to stock. Items brought into us for inspection will be sterilised before we handle them and again before they are handed back to customers.
- We would also ask that payments are by debit/credit card.
Please do bear with us, this is a very different way of operating for us all. We must all be patient and learn together, but we are sure you’ll agree that public safety is of paramount importance.
