We are so looking forward to opening our doors on 2nd December! It seems like we’ve been closed for so long, but it’s now finally time to get into the festive mood and show off some of the lovely stock that we’ve been saving for you all this time!
Of course, face coverings need to be worn and we’re still a bit limited as to numbers of customers at any one time, but we’re going to be open every day before Christmas so we should be able to space everyone out!
In order to protect our customers and staff, we do have to strictly observe social distancing guidelines and are restricted as to how many people our shop can accommodate at any one time. So apologies in advance if you do have to wait slightly longer than usual. Rest assured that we will be doing our best to help everyone. There’s no need to make an appointment but if you would like to do that then please contact us.
We hope that you will appreciate the extra measures that we now have in place in order to ensure your safety. On entering the shop we ask all of our visitors to use the hand sanitiser station which is situated in our entrance lobby. You will then be shown to a designated desk in order to limit movement within the shop. Our staff regularly clean all surfaces and wash their hands between customers and we have employed the use of screens, masks, gloves and extra sterilising equipment including UV lightboxes. Any item handled will be thoroughly cleaned before being returned to stock. Customer’s own items brought to us for inspection will be handled in Covid sensitive manner.
We would also ask that payments are by debit or credit card in order to minimise contact.
