The Team

All of the team at H R Tribbeck & Son are encouraged to study and take trade exams. Most members of staff have gained the National Association of Goldsmith’s (NAG) Professional Jeweller's Diploma and some have gone on to also gain the Professional Jeweller's Gemstone Certificate. There are also NAG Registered Valuers, and two Fellows of The Gemmological Association and Gem Testing Laboratory of Great Britain, one of which also holds the Gem Diamond Diploma.

	Roland Roland Tribbeck’s considerable experience stems from a career in the business stretching from 1958 when he joined the family firm. He is now the big cheese himself and is always happy to meet people and offer expert advice on a range of subjects, from buying an engagement ring to repairing a grandfather clock.

	Janet Married to Roland, Janet Tribbeck has worked in the shop for many years and has a wealth of knowledge and experience. She buys most of our silverware and her eye for detail and flair for design helps our window displays look second to none.

	Rachel Rachel Tribbeck began her career in the shop over fifteen years ago, working part time while completing her degree. She now holds the NAG Jeweller's Diploma, Management Diploma and Gemstone Diploma. In addition she has recently become an HRD certified Diamond grader and has completed the NAG Valuations Diploma.

	Jacqui Over twenty years experience with us and the NAG Professional Jeweller's Diploma has made Jacqui a valuable and experienced member of the team. She has worked at the shop in a full time capacity for some of this time, but now chooses to fit in her part time hours around her two daughters.

	Ken With over forty years experience in the jewellery trade and over eleven with us, Ken is a mine of useful information. The experience that he has gained throughout his career allows him to pass on expert advice to our customers. His other responsibilities include managing our clock and watch repairs department and engraving service.

	Jean A background in the antiques trade has given Jean a great deal of knowledge and experience. She has been able to bring these skills to us along with enthusiasm and a friendly nature. She now works part time in our shop in Salisbury.

	David David has worked in the jewellery trade for over twenty years and is our valuations expert, a job that allows him to utilise both his photographic skills and gemmological knowledge to stunning effect. He is an NAG Registered Valuer and is also one of the few people in the area to hold the Gem Diamond Diploma.

	Ben Ben has now been working at Tribbecks for over three years and has proven to be a real asset. He has great customer service skills and is rapidly building his experience and knowledge, having recently attained the Professional Jewellers Diploma.
